Returning an item -
You may return an item that was purchased online* within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date with your receipt(s). The item must be in original packaging and must be returned in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase (with the exceptions to possible defective items - see below information on defective items). You are responsible for getting the item back to us within the time frame mentioned.
When returning an item please include all the receipts that were sent with the item and the reason for returning the item. Also include a phone number (with area code) where you can be reached in case any follow up questions arise.

Exchanging an item -
If you need to exchange an item that you purchased online* (example- for a different size, etc) please send a check or credit card information to cover the $5.00 exchange fee and send the item back to the address shown above C/O Exchanges and please include the following:
1. Your receipts (clear photo copies are okay).
2. A note stating what you want for a new size instead.
3. Phone number (with area code) where you can be reached.
4. A check (or credit card information to charge your card) for $5.00- exchange fee.
5. Your complete return address with physical street address.
NOTE - The $5.00 exchange fee covers getting the new item back to you. You may want to call us at 1-540-459-8912 before returning the item so we can check availability and have the item ready when your package arrives.
Defective Items -
Please call us at 1-540-459-8912 if you feel the item you received was defective merchandise. We will handle defective items on an individual basis as the need arises.
